Andero Laur

CEO

Andero has been involved in construction and project management since 2007. During this time he has developed over 100,000 m2 of buildings and designed more than 1000 apartments.

Andero is the kind of guy it is very difficult to truly butt heads with. Although discussions with him can sometimes get a little heated, he is rational and pragmatic by nature. His aim is to create long-term value that has an impact on people’s lifestyles and environment. He is bold enough to make big decisions and understands the long-term impact of activities.

Before establishing Liven, Andero worked for seven years in Skanska, where he started out as a site foreman before becoming a development manager and ultimately a member of the management board. During this period he was involved in many large construction projects – an apartment building with 12 apartments on Pirita Road; working on the Solaris Centre; designing four new apartment buildings; and much more. Later, when office-based, he was involved in developing the company’s activities, designing energy-efficient buildings and working on quality issues. He graduated from Tallinn Technical University as an industrial and civil construction engineer.

Andero believes that when preparing projects you have to be prepared for the worst but hope for the best.

Anita Karma

Interior designer

Anita will help you find and create a home at Luuslangi.

Anita has studied interior architecture in both Estonia and Portugal. She designed the first homes already during her university studies, i.e. she has more than ten years of experience. In addition, she has improved her education in the field of art education and worked as an art teacher.

It is a great joy and honour for Anita to be a guide in creating a home. The whole process is very individual and unique, as that is the most personal space, which must be designed with the wishes and needs of each family member in mind.

Art and design are what makes Anita tick. In her free time she paints and spends a lot of time in galleries and at cultural events. Also, being in nature and observing it rejuvenates her soul.

Argo Kerner

Martti Mettas

Construction Manager

Martti has been a construction manager since Estonia was not yet a member of the European Union. He has overseen the building of apartments, schools, kindergartens, production buildings, power plants, infrastructures and many other things since 2004.

Martti graduated from Tallinn University of Technology and has a construction engineer diploma in his pocket. Literally. If you see him, feel free to ask.

Martti enjoys technically complex tasks and different geometric shapes. For example, one shape that Martti really likes is the golf circle. He mostly goes through it with his friends. Some of them aren’t even engineers, but that’s not the point. Martti believes that all people are good. And everything is possible.
